Under our Samvidhan Prahari (fellow) initiative, we organized a capacity-building training on 5th & 6th February 2026. The training focused on understanding the Panchayat System of Bihar and was facilitated by Adv. Pratima Kumari, Adv. Imran and the team members of the Device organization.
In order to fulfill children’s educational and the community’s identity documentation needs, engagement and working with the panchayat, and other government administration is inevitable. Hence, this training is crucial to implement the plan of action that came out of the needs assessment survey.
