Volunteer With Us

PART III – Action Research & Resource Centre engages with intersectional themes of law, human rights and social justice with a vision to reclaim Fundamental Rights enshrined in Part III of the Indian Constitution. We strive to combine efforts with the disadvantaged communities in their pursuit to seek justice, dignity and systemic accountability through legal intervention, training, research and advocacy. Part III works closely with survivors of systemic and identity-based violence along with community-based organizations. Part III is based in New Delhi. If you believe in our mission and want to support our work in any way, we would love to have you join us as a volunteer. Whether you’re passionate about legal reform, social justice, or simply curious about what we do, your time and skills can make a real impact. Our work spans various areas, and the support of volunteers helps us bring positive change to communities in need. You can learn more about what we do here.

We often have specific tasks where the support of volunteers is hugely helpful. Below are some of the tasks we frequently need help with, but we would love to hear from you about any other activity you find interesting as part of our work and would like to contribute to. Translations (Hindi ↔ English)
Enable us to reach more people by translating key materials, reports, and communications between Hindi and English.
Research Collaboration/Assistance
Support ongoing research projects, contributing to our data collection and analysis on issues such as identity-based violence and legal rights.
Drafting/Appearance before Courts on busy dates
Assist with drafting legal documents or appearing in court on busy dates to support our legal advocacy.
Litigation Support for Uttar Pradesh, Bihar
Contribute to specific cases in these regions, providing essential support in researching, organising, and following up on cases.
Proofreading/Editing (Hindi/English)
Help us ensure that our content is polished and accurate in both Hindi and English
Design/Illustrations and social media
Are you an artist or an art student and can help us in designing materials for our social media and website? We could use your help.
Animation/Multimedia Content
Help us bring stories and data to life through engaging videos, animations, and interactive content.
